16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

17. General Terms

  • Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and BTQ regarding the Services.

  • Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

  • No Waiver. BTQ’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later.

  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without BTQ’s prior written consent. BTQ may assign these Terms as part of a corporate transaction.
